Having well-qualified and motivated colleagues is important to us. As part of your Induction and our commitment to all colleague development, we are keen to establish a baseline of both your technical knowledge and soft skills required for your role.
The survey should take a maximum of 10 mins to complete. Once we’ve received your responses, we’ll then collate your scores, and the findings will then help us create a Training and Development Programme that is aligned to your needs and ongoing development.
