Steph is the Deputy Team Leader of the Employee Benefits department.

Steph’s role is  to maintain and develop ongoing relationships, not only with her team but also with Providers. She oversees the administration of New Business and existing business of Pension Schemes and Risk Schemes.

Steph also provides first-class service administration support working together with Financial Advisers to ensure Pareto provides the corporate client with a positive professional experience, offering knowledge and ongoing assistance.
