Derek provides assistance in the training of existing Paraplanners in their continued development. Derek is also tasked with providing the initial training and development of internal Trainee Paraplanners and newly appointed Paraplanners to the company. He also collaborates with Team Leaders and Senior Paraplanners on the development and implementation of new policies and procedures, and the periodic review of reports completed to monitor adherence to the policies and procedures of the Company.
