Chris has worked in senior Finance roles in the Financial Services industry since 2007 and was appointed as Finance Director of Pareto in 2020. Chris directs the company’s financial goals, objectives, and budgets, in addition to assessing and managing any associated financial risks. He also supervises cash management activities and executes capital-raising strategies to support the firm’s expansion.

He is a CIMA qualified chartered management accountant and a PRINCE2 qualified project manager. Chris enjoys the challenge of scaling high growth businesses and was attracted to Pareto because of its consistent growth trajectory.

Outside of work he enjoys outdoor adventures with his young children, and mountain biking in the Peak District.
