Lucas is the manager of the Paraplanning team and technical support for advisers and paraplanners on complex issues. Lucas is also Chair of the Pareto Investment Committee and works alongside the Directors and Compliance team to update internal systems and processes in order to meet regulatory changes, improve efficiency and reduce risk.
