Michael previously worked as a retail supervisor prior to Pareto but wanted a career change, and joined Pareto’s Employee Benefits Team as an Administrator in 2023.

At Pareto his role involves him working with clients to implement and renew workplace benefits schemes such as Private Medical Insurance, Group Risk and Group Pensions.

During his spare time Michael enjoys to play football and go on holidays.
