As Operations Director, Nicky is responsible for the company’s operations strategy and services within the HR, Admin, Paraplanning, Employee Benefits, Portfolio and IO Investment teams, reporting to the Board on these departments. Nicky has 25 years’ experience in Financial Services and since joining Pareto in 2017, has seen the Operational Team grow from 17 to 35 colleagues as at 2022.
