Suzanne has gained a wealth of experience across her career in the financial services industry. She heads up Pareto’s Training & Development where she works closely with Compliance and Operations Departments to ensure our colleagues are well qualified and working compliantly. Suzanne has in-depth knowledge of the financial service sector having been a regulated adviser herself, with other roles including Training & Development, Quality Assurance and Operational Management. She holds an MBA and MA in Personnel & Development.  Suzanne is CIPD qualified and has recently qualified in Financial Services Risk Management.
