We are thrilled to announce that our community funding for the first quarter went to the Winton Wanderer Wasps, a newly formed football team for 6-7 year olds.
With the growing demand for football teams, Winton Wanderers required the formation of new teams like the Wasps. This team, including our colleague’s son Harry, has been training for two years and is eager to start playing.
The sponsorship went towards team kits, fostering a sense of belonging and pride among the young players. Winton Wanderers provides a safe environment for children to play the sport they love while making great friendships, all thanks to the dedicated volunteers who make the club what it is today.
